I dream that someday there will be no teachers who will give up their profession because of minimal teacher salary. As a teacher, this is one of the major problems why some educators will give up their beloved profession along the way. Despite the fact that it is the most difficult thing to do, but when you are confronted with situations that will affect your family then I think you will do the same thing. Leaving the profession is no longer a choice but an option. But not until the lawmakers will heed their conscience in providing greater benefits for teachers, this dream will not become into a reality. I guess the only solution is to only hope for the best that the next leaders will listen to the needs of the teachers.
