How Van Leasing Makes Drivers Happy
Monday, August 15th, 2011
As a van driver, I get frustrated when I have to shell out cash just because I own my vehicle. It’s like I’m discouraged to drive a van and choose public transportation instead. I’ve got nothing against commuting and I enjoy the pleasures of sharing a ride with other people. I just consider driving my van as one of my necessities. I work at odd hours, and sometimes I have to go to faraway places that aren’t accessible by buses and trains. So, with a sad heart, I accepted that I had to drive a van even if I become broke. One day, I heard about van leasing . The idea was new to my ears so I researched about it. I learned that I’ll pay a lot less with it but I still get to drive vans as usual. Van leasing made me happy to the point that I actually smile when seeing my leased van; something that never happened with the van that I bought.

Recommendation the Kind of Used Cargo Vans for Delivery Business
Tuesday, July 5th, 2011
The number of people currently engaging in delivery business is increasing. Any person who would want to join the industry has to be very careful in his choice of used cargo vans. The model and kind of van would depend on the kind of goods you intend to deliver. You may only want to deliver small amount or small parcels of loads. Or you can go for the delivery of furniture, appliance and big boxes. It would not be practical for you to go for both kinds of loads because it follows that you have to invest on a big van which can cost you more, at least in terms of operational cost.
For delivery of small amount of loads and small size of parcels, the sprinter or step vans will already serve the purpose. These kinds of vans will allow you easy access to the cargo body which is just attached to the cab. You can have this van for dual purpose. You can even transport passengers, depending on the model of your van. There are models that have rows of detachable seats. This converts into delivery of goods and people.
For delivery of bigger loads where you can charge more for you delivery fee, you will need a cube van. This vehicle has a cargo body that is separately attached to the cab. You can have different lengths of body and also different heights.

The Honda CR-V Remains Popular
Tuesday, June 7th, 2011
The Honda CR-V is a small compact SUV and was the first of its kind when introduced to the market over a decade ago. At the time it was immediately popular as it functioned the same as the larger vehicles but had better gas mileage. It both operated and looked much more like a car than the much larger sports utility vehicles. The CR-V was so popular that it attracted many competitors and today the small SUV is an entire market segment.
Over time many competitors have tried to make the smaller SUV larger in an attempt to bridge the gap between the original Honda design and the larger SUVs being sold. The results have been mixed, with the Honda design still remaining popular. The CR-V still retains its four cylinder engine and good gas mileage. There are a variety of options available for the exterior, and also interior options such a navigation system and better audio systems, but the basic version of the CR-V remains true to form.

Does That 7 Seat SUV Have All You Need?
Wednesday, June 1st, 2011
Unlike cars, SUVs or the sports utility vehicles are good for off road traveling and transporting needs as well as city travel. Other factors in favor of SUVs are good fuel economy and low emissions. In the US, there are concessions available to SUVs under the Clean Air Act, and Energy Policy and Conservation Act. Buying an SUV, however, needs careful consideration. If the family is fairly large, then it makes sense to opt for a larger SUV. There are many makes and models of 7 seater SUVs available in the market, that have different features.
The internet also gives access to various sites that have 7 seater SUV comparison sheets. Features that need to be considered while purchasing any 7 seater SUV include the type of body frame, hauling and towing capacity, gas mileage, body type, and clearance levels. The body frame of the vehicle should be able to absorb shocks that are possible on countryside roads. 7 seater SUV’s are usually able to tow and haul a boat. Toppling is a danger associated with the SUV’s body and high clearance levels, especially when the vehicle is running on high speed, but this rarely happens.

Used Tires for You
Friday, May 6th, 2011
We all know that tires are very essential for our safety while driving and in the same time for those that are also participating in traffic. Therefore their quality is an essential element and should always be considered by all customers. Still, a large number of us cannot afford to change tires as often and with new ones as we might not afford to d so. The options that remain in this case are the used tires that can today be found in a lot of stores and also online. The number of these used tires shops is increasing daily because there are more and more customers. The prices that one will pay for these tires are of course lower than for new tires depending on how worn they are and also depending on the brand and the place where you have purchased them and of course the quantity that you are buying.

My Very Stressful and Frustrating Moving House Experience
Thursday, September 16th, 2010
A year ago, we were moving out of Singapore to Batam Island, Indonesia, which is just one-hour journey by ferry from Singapore. I should say that, from my own experience, moving a house is not an easy task. Before we could even think of packing, we had to hire a skip wagon just to clear out our rubbish.
We had a very hard time to do all the packing, as we did not have any helpers. As we were still working every day, the only time we could pack was in the evenings and doing all the packing after a stressful-day work was very frustrating. Due to the lack of time and helpers, we took at least two whole weeks to finish packing completely. The mover company we hired did not do any packing for us; they did only the shipping job from Singapore to Batam Island. Finally, after we finished packing everything, the mover company workers came and took all the stuff for shipment. There are two tips I would like to share: 1) Hire a mover company that will come to your home and pack everything for you except your clothes or hire someone to help you pack your clothes and other small items so that you do not get too tired. 2) Start packing at least one month ahead. As a conclusion, I should say that moving my house was one of the most stressful experiences I have ever had in my life.
